The kidney is a very important part of the human body which has a great role to play in the life of a person. When the kidney is damaged, a part of a person dies and it won’t be long before the person dies completely.
The kidney is responsible for the regulation of fluid in and out of the body. It helps to remove waste products from the body system as well.
However, there are roles which we need to play as humans in order to prevent our kidneys from having problems. This role lies in the types of food we should stop eating especially at night.

2. Canned foods: These are another food that you should not eat at night especially before going to bed. They contain chemicals that are really unhealthy for the kidney.
3. Junk foods: They include all foods made from flour-like burgers, meat pie, buns, biscuits, chin chin etc. These foods stress the kidney more than we can imagine especially when they are eaten at night.
4. Alcohol: Although, this is not food it must be avoided at night at all costs. Alcohol causes more harm to the kidney and it is capable of sending someone to an early grave if proper care is not taken.
